    Moving blades screw sludge dewatering machine is mainly composed of feeding hopper, fixed blades, moving blades, screw shaft, motor and spraying device,support rack and electrical control system.
Working process:

Water sludge goes by hollow shaft into the rotary drum, at the high-speed rotation of the centrifugal force and immediately enter down to the transfer hub cavity. If the proportion of sludge granular is larger, resulting in the larger centrifugal force so it is dumped as paste on the inner wall of the rotary hub, forms a solid layer; as water density is small, centrifugal force is small, only inside the solid layer there will be produced a liquid layer. Layer of solid sludge in screw conveyor moves slowly, is transported to the cone end and at the exit of machine bottom liquid is continuous discharged from the dewatering machine.

    After the sludge is pumped to a hopper, polymer can also feeded at the same time when necessary, sludge fluid goes into the dewatering machine, liquid escapes through the filtering gap of blades while moving blades run rapidly,meanwhile sludge solids are slowly transported by the screw shaft to to the sludge outlet, in this dehydration process, with the filtering and pitch joints coing smaller and cavity space is narrowing, and then a tremendous internal pressure has achieved and plus the role of clay pressing plate so as to achieve simple and efficient method for dehydration.
